The outgoing is clear as day; Itachi stomps.
Neither of them can escape Amaterasu and Tsukuyomi, nor can they break or even scratch Susanoo; that much is for sure. But even without those supreme Mangekyou techniques I'm not doubting Itachi's victory, as his skills easily trump theirs.
Zabuza's Kirigakue no Jutsu, the essence of his fighting style and their only hope of survival, is weak in front of Itachi, as it was strongly implied that a fully mastered Sharingan mostly maintains its view and thus counters the mist [You must be registered for see links] [You must be registered for see links]. Even if Zabuza was to increase its densitiy, Itachi is still one of the most aware fighters even without his eyes [You must be registered for see links] [You must be registered for see links] [You must be registered for see links]. With that aspect being covered, I do not see any way for them to deal with Itachi, as he easily dodges the rest of their moves or blocks them through means of ordinary Ninjutsu [You must be registered for see links]. Each and every technique of Zabuza may also be copied.
Zabuza, whom even Kakashi lured into Genjutsu with astonishing ease, will easily fall prey to Itachi's. Kasegui no Jutsu [You must be registered for see links] immobilizes and tortures Zabuza, whereupon his life will be at Itachi's mercy. Even if he was given knowledge, which means that he'd believe fighting with closed eyes is enough to avoid Genjutsu, he'd end up being caught by one of Itachi's non-Sharingan-based Genjutu [You must be registered for see links] or would have major difficulties keeping up with Itachi's speed and Taijutsu. The same basically applies to Darui, as he's not known to have any significant counters to Genjutsu. Moreover they may also be tricked with Itachi's Karasu Bunshin or even offensively distracted by the crows [You must be registered for see links], allowing Itachi to strike undetected. That's all leaving out Itachi's offensive use of Katon and Shuriken or Kunai. The winner should be obvious, here.
