exactly the point there too..... if jiraya and tsunade who are BOTH MELEE FIGHTERS dont know what the totsuka sword is right off the bat then they wil both die instantly. if either of them tries to go in for an attack its all over. even orochimaru who had been searching for the totsuka his entire life didnt know what it was until he was being sucked in. Im pretty sure itachi takes this. And with Izinami AND koto amatsukami its really overkill lol

well itachi can seal them with the totska blade, use amaterusa and tskyomi, use susanoo, he has mangeyko sharingan
orochimaru can shed his body, summon manda and other random stuff
jiraiya has sage mode, rasengan ,massive rasengan, and summon a varity of toads that can be big or small, and do other stuff
tsunade can heal others and herself, she has herculean powers, and can summon katsuya (whatever the giant slug is called), and other stuff

his unlimited chakra would make this an entirely different fight, i agree, but i still believe jiraiya with his plethora of seals has a very good chance to seal him with the distraction the other 2 and all their summons would be.
A healthy itachi with a full powered susanoo, the yato mirror that deflects all ninjutsu, and the sword that can absorb its opponent. itachi is kinda invincible with this. tsunade could break the susanoo but one stab of the sword and shes done.
I'm sorry I like Itachi but when up against the three Sannin together he's no match at all. Firstly-:
People claim the Sannin are not fast enough to dodge Amaterasu. Granted. But Jiraiya has the Fire Sealing Scroll which has the power to seal any fire jutsu (including Amaterasu). Since the Sannin are collaborating the scroll could be shared and Amaterasu would be useless.
Where Susanoo is concerned Tsunade has shown herself to be powerful enough to shatter Madara's susanoo (which has to be stronger than Itachi's).
Orohimaru has the Kusanagi sword, snake summons, Edo Tensei, and whatnot.
Jiraiya alone would be enough for Itachi but when you put Tsunade and Orochimaru with him it's overkill.

then he enjoys show. (koto`d oro vs jira)
and kunai killes the last standing sannin.

The Yata mirror basically guards him from all attacks, and his Blade of Totsuka is too fast for any of the Sannins to dodge. Itachi takes this. High difficulty. If you're gonna say something at least try and back it up like I have.
Did you not read any of my previous posts. Do not just say "obviously" explain it... or don't make a point. I agree with someone earlier that said he could run out of Chakra. The Sannins are overrated anyways. Orochimaru got owned... TWICE. Jiraiya got his ass kicked by Pein, and if Nagato was mobile he would have been screwed. Itachi took down EDO Nagato in the Manga so he's already, theoretically, bested two Sannins. Tsunade is uselsss. I'll admit she could break Susano'o but not against Yata mirror.

totsuka blade is avoidable . it's just a blade after all , oro and edo nagato get pierced due to plot no jutsu ,
also i can add 1 more point it has never shown the ability to pierce through
the objects , only through person or living body which have minds .
can it pierce thru wall , if it does it will be a plot no jutsu .

it's simple when ur chakra gets disturb you can break free . his senin mode with ma and pa continuously providing senjutsu chakra he is immune to any genjutsu

the yasaka magatama is also avoidable specially in sage mode ,YM is never praised fastest but the strongest long range jutsu .
don't forget the biggest point susanoo can't be Maintained for verry long
it consumes huge chakra , also itachi don't have much .
while jiraiya's sage mode is kinda inexhaustibly cuz ma and pa look for the chakra balance , now you have super strength , speed , and inexhaustible stamina , none of the genjutsu will work on you cuz ma & pa always providing nature's chakra , u can seal amaterasu (see 1st spoiler) , can heal superfast (senjutsu's ability)
there are even more to add , but i guess ^ this is enough answer .

Orochimaru could be incapacitated with a genjutsu.
It would not be difficult to put tsunade into a tsukuyomi or set her up with an amaterasu trap (lets not forget hes a genius here)
Jiraiya would pose the biggest problem.

Itachi would need susan'o so say the least . I don't know how this one would play out but I think with itachi's abilities he's demonstrating in the current manga he would be able to beat jiraiya with extremely high difficulty.
Sooo soo true, people tend to ignore things, and only accept them when it is fitting for their situation. No one but Madara and current Tobi can take on all three Sannin, J-man solos like I said above.
