Frog song is a genjutsu... something itachi is a master of and can reverse onto the user with his own genjutsu. Itachi takes this mid difficulty.

i think jariya and tsunade would take out itachi the only thing that might stop them is amaratsu because tsunade can scrape susanoo's now lol. we've seen itachi break out of jariya's stomach but we also know that jariya has a very high intellect and knowledge about jutsu's. his needles might even stop amaratsu.

Respect the Sannin then. Itachi, though in a weekend state, booked it as soon as Jiraiya showed up. With Tsunade and Orochimaru to assist Itachi would just bend over.

If both parties were at their best and actually working together, Itachi would lose.

- Tsunade is by far the best medical ninja they could hope for, meaning Jiraiya is covered.
- Jiraiya in sage mode was a challenge for Pain (He admits if Jiraiya knew the truth)
- Orochimaru in full condition is incredibly powerful

Itachi's best arsenal would be his susano with its sword/shield, and his amatarasu.

Orochimaru can shed, thus eliminating the flames, and then they just wait out for Itachi to start running lower on chakra

J-Man when entering SM is fast enough to dodge Amaterasu. Also, 3 Sannin win easily. Jiraiya and Orochimaru both can seal, and since Tsunade's punches aren't a chakra nature they aren't blocked. Between all 3, this is easily taken by the Sannin, no if's, and's, or but's.

Itachi would lose, simply because it was said by Itachi that if he'd face Jiraiya it would be a stalemate. Thats Jiraiya without Sage Mode. Factor in the other two sannin and it would be game over. Also Pain said if Jiraiya had prior knowledge of an opponent, he would win. Jiraiya by himself would beat Itachi. Point Blank
