Itachi wud win, Raikage wud get caught in a genjutsu easy, Sasuke didnt use it cuz Sasuke isnt even good at genjutsu, remember Itachi can cast it anyhow, however if genjutsu dont work against A then he can activate his Sasoonu, that way A cant touch him. From there we dont know many of Itachi's powers cuz we have only seen him fight very sick and not to kill at all so yea if Itachi was really fighting to kill then he wud kill A, maybe not soon but he wud definetly kill him. Itachi has everything over A except speed, he has skill, power, and intelligence. He has better ninjutsu ,genjutsu, he has doujutsu and is known to have great Taijutsu as well, not better than A but all A has is speed over Itachi and Itachi has everything else.

sasuke's genjutsu is on par with itachi's for example he can manipulate time with tsukuyomi. also why does A have to make eye contact to attack.
