Raikage will be fuming with anger, and what itachi have to do it is to put him under tsukuyomi, and that will be the end, it that didn't finishes, then amaterasu and totsuka sowrd with susanoo will seal him away.
On the other hand, raikage will be jumping like a frog around the itachi's susanoo to attack, till he get his ass pierced by totsuka or roasted like bacon by amaterasu and itachi's fire jutsus.

Itachi is a better all round ninja than sasuke with battle experience.
Sasuke didnt do too bad against the raikage. If anything, its raikage that came out of the battle worse of than sasuke.
Also if you are going to fight somebody like itachi, its best to keep your composure, raikage is too hot blooded. Itachi takes this

Itachi's Tsukuyomi would end this and I saw someone who said it wouldn't work against the raikages Lightning armor, Sometimes I just don't know what to say to such fanboys...
Who are you talking about, me? Because I am nowhere near a Raikage fanboy. I gave the win to Itachi and I always try to give an unbiased view.
As for the genjutsu I said it is speculated, meaning that there is no proof. And I never said I believe it either. But im yet to see anyone properly disprove it.
