Raikage got heavily damaged vs Sasuke (would have died if not for Gaara). Itachi healthy would beat Sasuke => Itachi would win (Susanoo + sword of Totsuka)!

It Was a double death. raikage would have lost his entire bottom half through amaterasu, and sasuke would have also died

but itachi gets upper hand bcoz raikage is too rash
even when there was amaterasu n sasuke felt secure he just grabbed sasuke and hit him hard....very very hard ......it shows how he's fearless of sharingan n its powers....
this will be the main reason itachi wins coz he will c that raikage is too short tempered n charges at any time n thus he will manipulate raikage n defeat him.....

Well if A doesn't get caught in genjutsu Itachi might get outlasted. A is too fast for Itachis attacks but yeah I vote Itachi cause hes smart

I think Itachi takes this but saying Itachi will win because "He would have died against Sasuke so Itachi should beat him" is wrong.
Sasuke most succesful attack was chidori which clearly did little to the raikage. Everything else was the Raikage's doing. During 80% of the fight Sasuke was put on the defensive using the shield of black flames, something that Itachi hasnt shown able to do.
There is still speculation that genjutsu might not work on Raikage whilst he is in Raiton shroud and I am sure Guillotine Drop would have ended Sasuke if Gaara never came.

Anyway I say Itachi wins this, cant be bothered to explain how though.
