Scenario 2: This is Edo Itachi but I'm giving both Kages a sealing Justu. KA and Tsukoymi can't be used.

Wait, I'm assuming this is Alive sick Itachi since you didn't specify otherwise. Against
two super strong Raikage? Without the use of Tsukiyomi? I highly question Yata's ability
to block 1 finger hell stab. Third Raikage might not be fast enough to avoid Amaterasu though.
However, with two Raikage, Itachi has to go into susanoo so his stamina will not last. I don't think
he can catch them in 1 finger genjutsu unless they hold still. With full intel, they know to avoid genjutsu.
Tsukiyomi could've potentially one-shot but with that restricted, I don't see any way of Itachi winning this.
Raikages always take this. Worst case scenario, they end up winning, but missing a few limbs.

They have intel on Amaterasu so they'll definitely be on the move avoiding it, knowing their destructive capabilities, Itachi would definitely be forced into V3 Susano'o.
He would then be on the clock and constantly under pressure from a blitz from the two Raikage, furthermore, the 4thRaikage can attack up front distracting Itachi while Yata mirror blocks his attacks and the 3rd can possibly crack the back of Susano'o with 1 finger nukite.

Itachi defeats Sandaime with an Amateratsu and the test of the fight doesn't really need an argument to explain how Itachi wins. Scenario 2 is rape. What good is a sealing jutsu when Susano/yata are always up defending Itachi's body?

Itachi loses scenario 1. Sandaime exhausts itachi's stamina or kills itachi and eventually dies to the amaterasu flames while Ei just plays defensively and survives.

Itachi wins scenario 2, chakra isn't an issue for itachi, amaterasu kills sandaime while itachi outlasts with V4 susanoo + totsuka and yaata to fend him off. Ei makes little difference here since he's not getting through susanoo.

Edo's only have the capacity in their real lives. Itachi can't camp in his Susanoo when he was alive so he wouldn't be able to due so while in Edo. His capacity that we know of is roughly 5 minutes in V3 from when he fought Sasuke. Is this his true limit? I have no idea. He could probably hold it longer but I can't just assume he can hold it for more than what he has shown. This is why the "sick Itachi" argument is no relevant anymore. We all understand he was sick but we cant just make silly assumptions (like saying he can camp in Susanoo all day) and give him more power than he may or may not have. Point is, we don't know so we gotta work with what Kishi gave us.
