Not gonna get into this, because frankly I'm pretty bad at debating, but I will say one thing:

This matchup is a LOT more complex than saying just "Itachi solos" or "Minato stomps". If either of them is taking it, it's high diff. (This is referring to Alive vs Alive, ofc, so no BM for Minato).

Minato wins. Minato can use shadow clones that also use FTG. Sharingan can't distinguish shadow clones. Itachi fell for Kakashi's shadow clone. Itachi uses Tsukuyomi on a shadow clone he suffers the backlash and Minato goes for the kill. Amaterasu won't work, even if it hits Minato (unlikely, he's fast and Minato is a sensor) he can simply warp away as seen when an armless Minato had Madara's black orbs on his back and he simply used FTG to warp away leaving the black orbs behind. 5 minutes of Susano kills Itachi.

Itachi has very low stamina. He's sick. And each of his MS abilities takes up over 30 percent of his chakra.
