Itachi Uchiha vs. Ay

I don't disagree, but how does this prove that Ay would lose?

Cause it shows Ay looking into Sasuke's eyes right before entering V2. If he did the same thing against Itachi, who starts his battles out with genjutsu, he'd get caught in one. Obviously I'm oversimplifying things and the battle is more complicated than that, but it does hold some merit. I think itachi wins high diff.
