dodge, attack from below, if you have a way to attack Itach within or if the opponent has something to absorb,seal or destroy susanoo itself then thats the way to go.

I don't think touching the blade is enough, from what we see it actually has to pierce you. Besides we are talking about grabbing/sealing the gourd not the actual blade that emits from the gourd, Please read and think before you post.

Itachi's susanoo uses spiritual weapons that he obtained, If thats the case(Which it is) Thats a huge flaw with his susanoo, Because with enough speed and power lets say naruto bijuu mode, One could disarm his susanoo! Not only that but since those are spiritual weapons he uses they could also get sealed. Im pretty sure hashirama or minato knew how to seal spiritual weapons. Don't say spiritual weapons can't be sealed because rikudou sennin tool got sealed by that gourd darui had when kinkaku tried to use it against him!

look we havent saw no flaws in Itachis Sussan'o to suggest that and we will probably never will because hes deceased but for sure his Sussan'o has a weakness even if it was stated to be invincible by Zetsu because evrey technique has a weakness. the only downside ive saw from Itachis Sussan'o is the user itself because his Sussan'o takes a huge toll on Itachis chakra and stamina.

Doesn't work that way, the recipient must be pierced by the sword to be sealed.The author clarified this point with Orochimaru and Nagato.
