Im not even talking about nagato right now...? Also it has been brought to our attention numerous time in the manga that those weapons aren't his & that he found them. I am simply implying that they can also be taken from him. Another example is even kakashi could kamui away one of those weapons.

Sasuke's arrow is not a spiritual weapon like Itachi's is. Itachi spent time searching for his shield and sword. Sasuke's susanoo mearly comes with the arrow and bow.

Sasuke's bow and arrow are made purely out of chakra, Itachi's weapons are not. Also as i stated earlier the gourd which the blade emits from is not liquid.
