Itachi stamina is very low BUT chakra control best in series

Neji has great chakra control, probably better chakra control than Itachi.

hyuga's overall as better chakra control than everyone in the series due to the byukagan and tenketsu so its kinda unfair to comapre itachi chakra control to a hyuga.

Much like everyone else is saying I don't include Hyuuga since they have control over there chakra points which makes it totally unfair to add them in lol.

I put him as #1 due to his 2.5 stamina where as tsunade has a 5 and Sakura has a 4. due to Byakkgo though I would put them as #1 and him #2

All is fair.
It's like not counting Uchiha in taijutsu rankings because they get an unfair advantage.

Having Low or High levels of chakra shouldn't factor in when talking about chakra controll.

Itachi vs Sasuke is perfect example of that connsidering Itachi outlasted Sasuke while using stronger and more jutsu than him

The truth is... Itachi stamina is extremely low and is not underrated. However..
