Itachi has No greater Reflexes or speed then Minato,Kakashi,Obito,Madara,Tobirama,Hashirama,Nagato,Hiruzen,orochimaru,Kabuto,Muu,Ay,Bee,Naruto and (sasuke-Draw we may say)All itachi did is using his Sharingun Powers To read Taijutsu of naruto and others Naruto didint attacked with full speed and Strength

:| itachi is faster than kakashi and has better reflexes than him. Everything t itachi is better than kakashi.u have seen no speed or reflexes feat from hashirama. Sasuke is not faster either

Hashirama fought ms Madara dude and Sasuke defeanded from all Itachi attacks so that what i want to say....Kakashi,Sasuke was on the same lvl but now Itachi is surpassed...And about Kakashi-Itachi ,Zabuza,Naruto,Kisame,Kakuzu,Darui,Tsunade,sasuke,Pain(Nagato)---Kakashi recognized by many others His various accomplishments have earned him much renown for his skills Speed inteligence and more....

Itachi culd use His Speed and Reflexes He culdnt use Jutsus,Streangts and some dojutsu abilitys that required More than 30% dude,The point i want to prove is not that someone is stronger but that his reflexes and speed is not greater than Kakashi or Ay,Bee,Others....

Jiraiya fought Orochimaru when he was poisoned at max 1/3 strength. Same principle applies here
The reflexes and Speed is the same as original"Shapeshifting Technique"-This technique allows Pain to allocate a portion of an individual's chakra and transfers it into a living human sacrifice, allowing the original to fight via an elaborate "copy". The appearance of the person on whom the Shapeshifting Technique is performed is completely identical to the original person(Speed,Reflexes,Emocions and Kekei genkai usage). The technique will imitate any weapons, tools or kekkei genkai held by the original person, allowing the copy to fight with them. The power of the copy is in proportion to the volume of allocated chakra, which is decided by Pain. The original's techniques are also available, but once the allocated chakra is depleted, the technique is cancelled and the copy dies. Afterwards the copy's appearance will revert back to the original appearance of the sacrifice. As it even uses up the sacrifice's chakra, this is an incredibly brutal technique.
We are discusing about Reflexes and Speed Itachis reflexes and speed Is not that great.

Top 3?lol impossible. Space time users are faster than him by default and have better reaction time than him be default. MMinato, tobirama, and obito will always outrank him.
