That's why everyone was always wanting to fight an uchiha with at least 2 people, because it was far more likely for them to win when they divided up his focus and his stamina trying to keep up with more people.

To make things worse, you have two fighters who know how to fight uchihas without looking into his eyes and have arguably 2 of the most haxxed abilities in the NV.

Depends on how healthy Itachi is. If Itachi has produced an efficient Susano'o and is at full potential, he wins. Susano'o with Yata Mirror will stop Kamui attempts. Without Kyubi cloak, Kakashi can only use it a limited amount of times and lose tons of chakra. Guy needs to go Eighth Gate as he fought Kisame and went Seventh Gate. Itachi > Kisame so he will go Eighth Gates on Itachi. Susano'o again. Amaterasu & Tsukuyomi could potentially one-shot as I believe Amaterasu > Kamui in terms of speed. Neither can get out of Tsukuyomi either. Itachi also has Kotamatsukami to one-shot win as well.

Itachi wins, high diff. Unconfirmed battle - could go either way.
