I'd say the only trouble he would have is getting them in genjutsu as there are 2 of them.

However if he defeats one, then the other has NO chance.

Kumai Kakahi seems hard enough to handle, and putting Guy with 100% better stamina than Itachi seems hard.

I'm leaning towards Kakashi+Guy with high diff, if not together Itachi can beat them separately
