Itachi could've at least taken all the Uchiha children out of the village or faked most of their death. All he had to do is amaterasu the whole place and the Uchiha clan could escape to somewhere else and live in peace. Damn that would've been nice. The uchiha clan living in the far east and created their own village. Then come out of no where during the 4th war!
But really, Itachi didn't try to talk-no-jutsu his clan. He just straight up accepted that there is no hope for the clan.
Sasuke knew nothing that happened due to being too young so if their were other children Sasuke's age and younger then they wouldn't know either plus they would be in the ninja academy with Sasuke when he returned home the same night the Uchihas were killed. If the young Uchihas were Genins and older than they had to be kill since they too knew about the coup. Only reason Itachi was able to save Sasuke is that he was too young to know anything so either no other Uchihas were Sasuke age or younger and/or those younger Uchihas were at least Genins who were taking part of the Coup.

why should they move if they founded the village?

. If they were old enough (mentally and/or physically) to know about the coup then I figure they would be at least Genins since Sasuke was in the academy and if there were others his age then they too would be with him when he came from school.
Move, create your own village, prepare for any war that hidden leaf village would throw at you. Then when that death toll number hit the hidden leaf village, the people gonna wonder why the 3rd hokage and danzo is going to war with the uchiha clan when they clearly not attacking the village.
Well if these are kids then they wouldn't have ninja skills to escape Danzo's jounin Root members. I think Danzo would do a body count since he was after Sharingans as well and we know Danzo have many different ninjas from different clans who can track them. One of his body guards at the Kage Summit was a sensor type from Ino's clan, what's to say he doesn't have someone from Kiba clan which are trackers?
Also most of the Uchiha members didn't even have the Sharingan since Sasuke said only a few members would awaken it

so they wouldn't have the skills or power to beat Danzo's forces alone.
Obito feared itachi. But Obito's goal was to get his hands on tail beasts, so no reason to mess with the uchiha clan. He can't get the akatsuki to attack the uchiha clan without any real logical information.
Itachi feared Obito as well, if he didn't then he would have tried to kill him before he died. He also thought Obito was Madara. Obito was there helping Itachi kill the Uchiha clan so he wanted them dead as well.
Itachi gotten sick cuz of the guilt. But let say he is sick. Before Leaving the world, he would've track Obito/tobi down and kill him.
No he didn't, guilt doesn't give you a disease that eats at your body like what Itachi had. Itachi died from his disease, not from anything Sasuke did. Sickness+Susanoo side effect= dead Itachi.
