I think senju would. four of them go like this

tobirama.

however tobirama I believe is underrated. I think he's really close with the two above. so hashirama is the one making the difference.

Haha, I made a thread similar to this, only it was with Madara and Izuna! Anyways, Itachi's Susanoo gives them a HUGE advantage, and Sasuke's EMS and his Blaze Release are also very powerful. Hashirama and Tobirama have the Edo Tensei (incomplete though) and Bringer of Darkness. I don't think Bringer of Darkness will be all that effective due to senses being enhanced by MS and EMS. Between Itachi and Sasuke, they have enough heat to make it rain, and then Sasuke could use Kirin, a very devastating attack. And since it doesn't require Sasuke's chakra, they would probably use it every chance they could. Of course, setting Kirin up with heat could be a difficult challenge because of Tobirama's Water Release. And Tobirama can use Space-Time Ninjutsu. Also, Itachi can pull out Tsukuyomi, which would really hurt. For Sasuke and Itachi to win, they would have to make this a short battle, due to Itachi's regular MS. If it is a long battle, I'm pretty sure the Senju brothers would overcome Sasuke and Itachi. I'd go with Sasuke and Itachi to win.

Well then like I have said in my thread, the eventuality would be Hashirama & Tobirama vs Sasuke as Itachi would be the one to collapse first from chakra being run out.

So the Senju Brothers.

The senju brothers mid difficulty..their experience and team work would overwhelm sasuke and itachi..also sasuke would be a burden for itachi.

Senju, high difficulty. Hashirama's wood techniques combined with their combo attacks would dominate. Senju brother's teamwork would dominate Itachi Uchiha and Sasuke Uchigay.

Tobirama is very underrated, he can hold his own against sasuke and itachi. Sasuke and itachi are better but not by a lot however hashirama was stronger than ems madara with a kyubi. This will be a long battle and the edge goes to senju brothers when it comes to amount of chackra
