Itachi&Orochimaru vs Minato&Jman

Prior info is basic for each team:
Team 1 knows about Minato's ftg and Jman's SM
Team 2 knows about Itachi's sword and Oro's 8 branch tech.

As both teams intend to kill, who wins.

Minato throws a bunch of kunai. Itachi tries to amaterasu but his teleportation is too quick. He gets closer and closer to Itachi and stabs him, killing Itachi. Oro is no prob after that.

if minato throws kunais then oro summons ten thousand snakes, and covers the battlefield in kusanagi daggers. if minato jumps to one of them, he gets impaled. alternatively he blows them back at minato using wind release great breakthrough. minatos rasengan is ineffective vs body shedding technique and against the attack prevention technique. then oro uses extended kusanagi and, levitating it with his chakra, can fight with it in the air. or he can hide in hydra mode and wait till minatos exhausted fighting the snakes and manda and hydra.
itachis susano hands would also serve in protecting oro while the rest of the snakes and itachis sword fights jiraiya

Swamp of the Underworld to hold them down then Eight Trigrams seal to seal them both while Jiraiya protects Minato by surrounding him with hair from the wild lion's mane technique until the sealing is complete(protect from Kusanagi, Totsuka, Amaterasu and snakes of all kinds)

Anyway team 1 take the cake with high diff. Reason i say high diff is because oro is an idiot in battle situation and can see him being overconfident. Reason why i give it to team 1 though is because you said no restrictions and that means edo tensei comes into play.

If oro was smarter in battle id say team 1 mid diff

Team 2 take this since Itachi is alive and only has MS he cant spam amaterasu and susano Minato's ftg can dodge those techs forever also Jiraya's Swamp of the underground can hold Oro long enough so after Minato is done killing Itachi he can easily kill Oro since his stuck.
