If it's a natural Itachi and natural Obito with only the tools they were born with and earn with hard work. Itachi wins. It's just like people saying Kabuto was a beast even when he took most of his dangerous side from Orchimaru Dna.

Obito with both of his MS abilities means he's invincible. Nothing can be done to stop him. He can simply stay in his dimension and kamui attacks to the real dimension.

He can use both kamui's at the same time, it would make no sense if he could only use 1 MS at a time

Obito doesn't have EMS.
Besides, Itachi soloed a young Uzumaki gentleman with the same eyes and he's dealt with bijuu in the akatsuki.
Now what's left is wood style and intangibility... Obito can't use mokuton at the scale of Hashirama or Edo Foddera, so it'll be quite easy for Itachi to cut down a few branches here and there.
