Obito doesn't have EMS.
Besides, Itachi soloed a young Uzumaki gentleman with the same eyes and he's dealt with bijuu in the akatsuki.
Now what's left is wood style and intangibility... Obito can't use mokuton at the scale of Hashirama or Edo Foddera, so it'll be quite easy for Itachi to cut down a few branches here and there.
Kamui? Don't you think Itachi knows that Obito can use that? He would never get kamui'd.
