Itachi his fort is Genjustu. And he doesent need the Sharingan to use Genjutsu.

Minato Itachi gets rasengan in 5 seconds(Base Speed.) Itachi cant do amat or other shit that can stop him.

If itachi can keep his range then he can win using mid range fire techniques, i dont think Minato will be able to get a direct hit on itachi with Rasengan.

Even at base speed Minato is faster than Itachi right? Also based on what we seen Minato prefers close range combat so Rasengan is a great benefit right there and he has the Toad summons.

We seen alot of people move like minato did without ftg and i dont mean 1 Katon and its over itachi uses clones and alot of diversions and can itachi still use yata mirror and the sword? cause they didnt come with his susano, he put them there.

I'd love for you to show me someone who has a base speed feat like Minato's? He moved all the way across the room in the blink of an eye. Also no he can't use them because we've only seen him use them with susanoo and sharingan isn't allowed.

SEE this is WHY I recently made a thread titled, Fanboys vs Haters!!!, But of course THIS website, like with about 75% of all my other threads, Took that thread down... Under thses restrictions Minato would win. Itachi looses alot of his arsenal without the Sharingan. Minato has summons on his side, which Itachi can't do anything about. Itachi's attacks are easily evadable. Itachi isn't speed blitzing anyone this time. Clones might cause a bit of a problem for Minato though. Im not sure if the finger genjutsu is from the Sharingan though. If it isn't then Itachi has a much better chance.
