Itachi new power?

So we all kno uchihas are born with sharingans. And u have to train a bit to unlock them. And correct me if I'm wrong, but u have to kill ur brother or another close uchiha member to unlock all ur tomoes/mangekyo. So regardless u have to kill someone to unlock ur mangekyo. But itachi killed the whole uchiha clan. So my question is do U think another power comes with the sharingan if u kill a clan of all uchiha? I think that night when itachi killed his clan I think he gained a new power also (not susanoo)
