In a free for all they would all team up against Sasuke, right now I don't think that even Itachi would want to save Sasuke. So it would be Naruto, Neji, and Itachi vs Sasuke. Then after Sasuke is gone Itachi wrecks them both. Or Naruto would just talk to Itachi and get him to join his side and then Itachi sacrifices himself and gives Naruto his MS.

We don't know anything about EMS Sasuke, but MS Sasuke would be taken out along with Neji at the start of the fight, and Itachi would lose to Naruto after a lengthy fight.
