Iv'e allready explained the naruto part.
Sasuke with an in- exeperienced MS and only using the susanoo ribcage allredy stalemated with the raikage. your giving him EMS

Replace that weapon with the totsuka sword and she is sealed.
Itachi could take on both the female hokage if he wanted to using susanoo, there reactions would be slower by looking at his feet, trying to avoid his genjutsu, they can't break his shield and are not fast enough to evade his sword. if he prepared izanami in that time he could take a 3rd kage if needs be after fighting and killing the females. Bee is powerful enough to destroy garras and onookis defence with TBB. and then theres naruto

naruto is taken out by A (naruto cant maintain speed forever as shown vs tobi and jins. A has no such limitations). onoki drops a mountain on sasuke, or blows him and itachi away. gaara and tsunade take bee. tsunade to match him physically/restrain and gaara to crush him to mush.

replace that situation wiht itachi and itachi couldnt manage such a sneak attack nor a clone feint of that skill
