Itachi and Nagato for sure.

Until we know what the 4th tech of the EMS is, Itachi would be the winner due to the better Susanoo.

And that Nagato>Hashirama is obvious. The newest chapter shows that Nagato is a sensor so bringer of darkness is useless.

From what we have seen from ems madara the only thing he has over itachi is his katon jutsu will can be copied and countered. Itachi has the better susano for obvious reasons. Now we dont know what ems the ems grants, but we also havent fully seen what itachi is about. From what we have seen itachi > ems madara. Itachi has the intellect to defeat stronger opponents.

Hashirama is incredibly strong but for obvious reasons nagato is no pushover either. This fight would be very close, but nagato has anwers for hashirama's jutsu's whilst from hwat we have seen, hashirama doesnt have answers for nagato's godly techniques

From what we have seen from EMS it doesn't make you much Stronger than a Ms User, Sasuke isn't showing Anything new just his same old Ms jutsu's.

Even though Itachi has Ms he is Doing Far Better than Sasuke in his Fight with Kabuto, Even though He has EMS.

It's already been Stated that to Controll the Kyuubi you Need Ms (also Say's it on the Tablet in the uchiha's Secret Meeting Room), So i do not See why itachi could not Do the Same.

Also Itachi coughing Up blood had nothing to do with Susanoo, It was Due to his Illness.
Since He has came back as Edo tensei he has had Zero Problems Keeping Susanoo Up, It's because he has Unlimited chakra as Edo Or because he is Now healthy and his Original Chakra reserves Back.

OT: IMO it could go either way but I think that hashirama and madara would win since they have more experience and are as well very powerful or draw.
