Itachi MS Vs Sasuke EMS?

Do you think Itachi can beat Sasuke only with his MS, assuming he is healthy and not sick like he was when he fought Sasuke?

Well, regardless on whether this fight will happen or not, everyone should agree and be acknowledged that Sasuke is now stronger! (Since he has the EMS)

Although there wouldn't be a fight between Sasuke and Itachi any more! Neither would Sasuke want to fight his brother deliberately again!
