Sasuke strongest move Susanoo naruto's A bijuu we all know sasuke will need to match his level of destrcutive power so the final match will be great dont play dumb we all know in the end sasuke will be stronger than minato mostliky even with Naruto

This is where reasonable speculation comes in. Its very likely Minato can do the Biju-Sengan (my dub for the handheld one). He has the Biju's chakra and with the boost in knead/release abilities, its very reasonable.

Sasuke on the other hand hasn't shown the stamina nor the knead/release capabilities to use Perfect Susano'O.

Dont think that im trying to down play Sasuke. He most likely will gain Perfect Susano'O, Hes just not there yet.
