You mean the "it can cut down any enemy" argument? Indeed, the Totsuka can do it- if it can go through the Susanno and pierce Sasuke. But nothing sugests it can do it. It's a spiritual weapon with physical form. It can't destroy the Susanoo.

In anycase, this is an impossible fight for sasuke. Both these guys are smarter than him and can simply formulate a better strategy.

Surprisingly. Sasuke could still win this if Itachi was sick. Though I would still go with Itachi and Minato.

Sasuke wins this mid difference most. He outlasts Itachi comfortably, as after that it's over. Totsuka has to pierce to seal anything. Since it cannot get past Susano'o, it will not touch Sasuke. After that, Sasuke can bombard him with Magatamas and he'll die within the coming minutes.

Minato is literally useless before any Susano'o user. He cannot get past it, nor can he do anything about it. His teleportation is determined by FTG kunais which are put out of use with Magatama or a Katon attack that was powerful enough to drive Itachi's back that he had to resort to Amaterasu. His Rasangans will not scratch CS and his summons are one-shotted with Magatama.

EMS Sasuke is too much for these two.

honestly. EMS sasuke would be a good fight against MS itachi.. i would say sasuke high diff. everyone is underestimating itachi. but with minato there. its overkill. to beat minato you gotta catch him. the sharingan cant even compete with super fast taijutsu. and you think he will hit minato? who is even faster then the 4th raikage.. the one who almost killed sasuke. sasuke got saved. yeah i know he had a couple battles before going to the kage summit but still. sasuke couldnt take on killer bee and people thibnk he can take on a genius like itachi with help from minato. team 1! maximum you would need is mid difficulty.

Sasuke is a non factor since nothing he has can touch Minato and he does not have infinite chakra.

As for Itachi, Minato can either attack Susanoo from behind or port it away.
