Itachi has low stamina and dies after 4 MS techs

Kisame has super healing, durability and massive chakra/stamina

Itachis genjutsu isnt a factor cause of samehada+ sensing

Kisame is practically immune to chakra techs

Gsb > anything chakra= itachi dead

Itachi can't beat kisame, he don't have the stamina or firepower.

Ama is absorbed, genjutsu avoided and/or broken, susanoo absorbed or drowned, 1000 sharks and large suiton force itachi on defence and burn chakra he can't afford

Actually, Kisame beats Itachi high difficulty. He is a terrible match-up for Itachi. I will explain why if needed.
