Tobirama was said to be the best suiton user, so i think he might beat Kisame (Not sure)
Kakuzu would actually have info on hashirama, since he actually fought him. But i don't think kakuzu would be able to defeat hashirama or tobirama.

I think the two hokage brothers would one heck of a tagteam.

1.hashirama won against kakuzu before so hashirama has info about kakuzu
2.hashirama won against EMS madara (who had all itachis dojutsu and he was able to summon kyubi) so 1st has seen all itachi dojutsu already
3.hashirama and tobirama know every thing about each other so they will make a hell of a team
4.hashirama and tobirama have insane amount of chakra

Well Itachi + Kisame vs Hashirama + Tobirama is a guaranteed victory for the Kages. If Hashirama can beat an EMS Madara, he can beat an MS Itachi. And as for Kisame and Tobirama, their both extremely talented water users and both have insane amounts of chakra so that one is a toss up. Kakuzu is the best addition to their team to make it a fair battle IMO, so that's why I added him
