It's a very tough one, but I think Oro and Kakuzu take it.

And Itachi beat Oro a while back but Oro got stronger he has Edo Tensei, hydra mode, kusanagi and summons.

Susanoo is gonna be tough to beat though amaterasu as well, but if oro is hit with it he can split from his body.

so with that logic u could restrict itachi's susano'o too because the is no way both oro and kakuzo would survive it and with kamui even if you take off oro's head there will be another one coming because of his rejuvenation jutsu.

Because I don't want someone to say Kakashi Kamuis both Oro and Kaku away. I've seen it before and it's just annoying when it's said. But it is unfair if that's his ultimate jutu, I'll change it

Oro isnt getting third time lucky against itachi, he takes the L for the third time.

Itachi so far has beat him twice and both times with ease. In order to have some respect for oro id say itachi wins with mid difficulty, then helps kakashi finish of kakuzu

It's not gonna be 1v1 and 1v1 they would work as a team. Oro's summons, Including 1st and 2nd Hokage, those huge gates he used for Narutos 4 tail blast. Kakuzu would give jutsu support.

Itachi susanoo sword, shield, genjutsu, and amaterasu all have tolls on stamina. Katon jutsus would be good though. Stamina plays a role in this figh I think.

It could go either way but I think Oro and Kaku have the upper hand
