DB stated that anyone who has access to Gamabunta can summon any other frog at Mount Myoboku. He can summon Ma and Pa so they can use the Sound Genjutsu to immobilize Itachi so Minato can finish him off.

Why? As far as I see it, his statement is correct.
Minato has access to all frogs at mount myobokuzan. And both know him, remember when Ma said to Pa about Naruto "Remember those familiar figures?" and Minato and Jiraiya were shown?
Also, he has been seen with Gerotora and the other frog which does that Cart Destroyer Jutsu.
So it is only normal that he has access to all if he has access to one of them.
It is only comprehensive reading.
