Then all Minato has to do is seal him instead since he is also known to be skilled in using Fuinjutsu.

Obito with Kamui and his Rinnegan along with Mokuton would take Itachi. He is more able to keep up longer with his chakra thanks to Senju DNA and has more powerful jutsu. Madara would crush Itachi's Susano with Meteor Strike before he even uses Totsuka and Yata. And we all know that Madara's Meteor Strike is instant compared to Nagato's Chibaku Tensei. U_U

Hashirama would also keep up with Itachi. Amaterasu is useless against Mokuton, Tsukyomi doesn't work against Hashirama since no direct eye-contact and He also has Fuinjutsu on par with Totsuka.
