The only person even remotely on his level would be Sasuke. Everyone else that you mentioned would have got negged by totsuka.

Itachi died fighting Sasuke death defeated Itachi and you can't change History.

Smh...Itachi was in full control when fighting Kabuto. He's not blind to the fact that he's dead. Why not take advantage of that fact and let Kabuto think he's landing hits on a dude that can just regen anyway? How can anyone think that Kabuto even had a chance. I love Kabuto.
