I beg to differ, Nagato is more broken, so much so that Kishi had to keep him crippled just to give the good guys a fighting chance. but when taking ALL of everything nagato is capable and putting it on paper, he is unbeatable. Itachi is broken, but not to the extreme like Nagato.

Well, he sort of did the same with Madara. I mean, aside from fodderising the five Kages, he's just stood on the Juubi and talked with Obito or, once or twice, with Naruto. Realistically, why on Earth hasn't he raped the Shinobi Alliance yet when he told Obito that it's necessary to get rid of them before starting the Infinite Tsukuyomi because they'd get in the way?
