Itachi is Simply Overrated

There may be characters that can counter one of his moves, but is there a character that counters all

Current Naruto might do it. His main attack is Rasengan/Rasenshuriken which doesn't use hand seals, he has TSB and the Tailed Beasts can wake him from regular genjutsu. This only leaves Tsukuyomi and I'm fairly certain that with his superb sensory skills he doesn't really need his eyes anymore.
