-Tsukuyomi doesnt work if the user does not look directly at him
-He cant control black flames like Sasuke
-He no longer has one of his eyes
-Yata Mirror isnt a problem when Itachi cant hild Susanoo forever
-TSB > Yata Mirror
-Everything else Itachi has can probably be countered by specific characters

If you're using this logic, then everyone can only perform jutsu they used in the most recent chapter. Also, Itachi's dead.
In regards to the Itachi vs Kabuto debate, Kabuto left Izanami with the intentions of doing whatever he thinks Itachi would want him to do. He can only heal Itachi like he healed Sasuke so he would probably bring Itachi back to life to lose to him once again.
