Itachi is overrating and never solo'd a kage level ninja

1. Tsunade
2. Garra [With Extreme Difficulty]
3. Mei
4. Raikage Ay
5. Garra's fodder dad

I can add a few more

However there are others he can't beat such as

1. 1st 4 Hokages
2. Muu
3. Onnoki
4. Trollkage
5. 3rd Raikage

No, not exactly. Orochimaru's chakra would regain after giving out a curse mark, just like anyone else regains chakra but the amount of chakra the curse mark holds is finite. That's why Oro came back weakened from Anko, the curse mark only held that much chakra.

When you solo somebody you defeat them without any help....Did itachi have some help that i dont know about...?

But he was confident despite not being healthy. He thought he could capture itachi in his present condition, and that foolish mistake caused him to get genjutsu'd, thus he got solo'd....Totsuka solo'd him too because oro didnt even know that itachi had it, which was another grave underestimation of itachi's abilities/skill.

oro was weakened from coming out of sasuke

remember oro is weakened from that, thats why oro had to kabuto's chakra/power/energy this time

so sasuke help weaken oro and itach is the one that owned oro but he did solo

no because if that was the case, oro would always be weakened because he gives alot of people his curse seal so his power would always be scattered

Chakra regenerates, the cursed seal is a vessel for oro's chakra. Going by YOUR logic, oro has never been at full power for the entire manga because he always had cursed seals in other peoples bodies, which means that even without his extra chakra oro is a kage level ninja and in that case itachi still beats him lol
