Itachi's top ten and always will be, especially since Naruto and Sasuke are the only ones who will be getting powerups before the series ends.

Itachi will not be able to react when he is warped away with FTG and since Minato can warp Itachi wherever he wants that means Minato will warp himself there too and u can see 1 rasengan in Itachi and it is over.

Edo only give you a Regenerating body & stable line of chakra wouldn't say healthy but at the sametime fightning Kabuto the whole time he didn't wanna harm him he didn't even want sasuke throwning shurikens at him you would consider that fight serious for Itachi ?
