Sasuke also has tsukuyomi yet it is not on the level of Itachi's. Itachi, Sasuke, and Madara's Mangekyou Sharingans specialize in certain jutsus. Sasuke's level of amaterasu is more advanced then what has been seen of both Itachi and Madara. Itachi's tsukuyomi is more advanced then what has been seen of Sasuke's and Madara's(Madara used it against the raikage and it did the same thing as sasuke's when he fought killer bee). Madara's Sussanoo is more advanced then Itachi's and Sasuke's. Point being Madara does not have a comparable tsukuyomi to itachi.

Hashirama stated Itachi's better shinobi than him. So what??? He never knew Itachi, never met him, never talked to him, never saw what Itachi could do. Hashirama made this statement based clearly on the story he heard from Hiruzen which he knew. He might have been just simply impressed by what Hiruzen said, and that's all. Also statement after statement shows very clear how should we understand what did Hashirama mean. At the end of his story he explains what is shinobi...

I like Itachi much more than Hashi but based on feats and hype only retard would think Itachi can beat Hashirama. If he was this strong this war would never occur in the first place... thread.

Not only because of that picture. Also because of tsukuyomi at close range. Yata mirror n totsuka at middle range and amaterasu at long range.
Itachi can zoom in with his sharingan and instantly ignite hashirama with black flames from hell whenever he wants.
