to unlock the Susanoo, you need both tsukuyomi and Amaterasu.

I just showed you manga proof that his genjutsu is in fact inferior to Itachi's and is on the same level as Sasuke's tsukuyomi. So yes Madara's tsukuyomi is weak. It's absolute garbage compared to Itachi's since it is on the same levels as sasuke's MS. I posted earlier in this debate that it requires both amaterasu and tsukuyomi and showed how all 3 of those uchiha's specialize in either amaterasu, tsukuyomi, and susanoo. Here is Madara's tsukuyomi in case you forgot. Keep in mind they both make the same exact motions. They being B and A. They both have tsukuyomi used on them and both fall. Furthermore both of them having their Mange Sharingans active further supports my case. It even zooms in on his EMS which further proves it's his tsukuyomi.
