His feeling towards sasuke is much greater than hiruzens feelings towards oro when he let him leave knowing full well oro's threat

That's why this manga called "Naruto", not "Itachi" or "Sasuke". Every body putting their faith in Naruto. Too many burden on him now, but he will solve it in his own way.
