Itachi is dumb he could have prevented this all

Itachi should have set Kotoamatsukami in sasuke eyes that when it sees obito sharingan it orders him to protect the village then sasuke wouldnt have wanted to kill the village because obito would have never told him obito would have just come back to the village as obito not tobi leaving everyone in shock and sasuke would have come back to the village as the hero who killed itachi the war wouldnt have been anounced in the 5 kage summit and honestly i dont see how a man who was so smart never thought of this also itachi is my best character so this hurts me aswell

You are assuming too much. You are assuming Sasuke would not have figured out the truth about Danzou and the elders even though Danzou was after him. You are assuming KA is an unbeatable genjutsu that no one can see through that can solve everything when Danzou was able to beat it and when the byakugan was able to see it. Do you not recall Obito stating he too was after Shisui's eye and was thus aware of it's existence? That he went after Danzou with Sasuke to get it? That he was able to survive amaterasu and stated he possessed several secrets even Itachi did not know about? Itachi also used his genjutsu to place KA inside of Naruto while Sasuke was able to resist all of them. He would have been aware of the KA eye in him.
