Itachi should have set Kotoamatsukami in sasuke eyes that when it sees obito sharingan it orders him to protect the village then sasuke wouldnt have wanted to kill the village because obito would have never told him obito would have just come back to the village as obito not tobi leaving everyone in shock and sasuke would have come back to the village as the hero who killed itachi the war wouldnt have been anounced in the 5 kage summit and honestly i dont see how a man who was so smart never thought of this also itachi is my best character so this hurts me aswell

You're saying Itachi should have gave Sasuke the KAcrow & programmed it to order Tobi to protect the Leaf upon seeing his eye.
Well Akatsuki have special abilities & "Madara" Uchiha especially, so Itachi probably didn't want to risk KA falling into the wrong hands plus he planned for Tobi telling Sasuke about his secrets. You know Tobi had Zetsu placed inside Sasuke's body without Sasuke knowing , after he implanted Itachi's eyes, so Tobi operating on Sasuke's body is something Itachi expected. KillerBee asked Itachi why didn't he use KA on Sasuke by himself, Itachi said it wouldn't work because it wasn't fully charged so by that time Sasuke / Tobi would've already been going against the Leaf, and Sasuke would've been fighting Kakashi's team by then & (well maybe Itachi should've recognized Obito & Kakashi's sharingan had the same chakra?)

Basically who knows when the KA would have been fully charged and ready for use? idk what to say nvm Lol

No that would not have worked, Obito's mindframe at the time was that what he was doing was for the good of Konoha and the world, so in a way he thought he was really protecting Konoha. The Eye of the Moon Plan was just going to "save" everyone...
