BM Naruto normal movement is above Itachi's sunshin below Nine tails chakra mode Naruto's sunshin
BM Naruto's sunshin would end Itachi in seconds.

Well that is but the difference is slight of course only if we talk about their NORMAL movement speed. Reaction time are still great and there gap between them.
Also You can not be serious if you believe Itachi's sunshin could surprass that feat:
