If you possessed even some rudimentary conceptualization of utilitarian ethics, you would understand. Manifestly, you do not. Regardless, according to the Manga Itachi is a hero. Do not forget Ōnoki's words about the person that ended the Edo Tensei. In addition, Kishi has portrayed Itachi even as an angel [a benevolent being]. You cannot argue with the Manga, so your inconsequential opinion will remain as such.

Being an Anbu is not making you non-human... Kakashi, Yamato, and more all were Anbu and they still show emotions...

Itachi showed almost none.

He was f*cked up, mentally.

Nice thread. Itachi was NO HERO in his eyes. Itachi killed his family and Clan no man kills his family a thinks he's a hero even if his deed was just. he killed his family to obtain a form of stability which didn't last any way he failed and died a loser and he knew that there would be no way in changing anything that was done by the Uchiha so he killed them all to bear the burden of their mistakes and bad decisions and left his little brother behind to clean up the mess of their people. He was a good ninja but not a hero more so a preventer of mistakes

I am under the assumption that Itachi is in fact a hero. For one, it has been repeatedly advertised in the Manga that Itachi was a good moral'd man who did what was needed. Itachi was a Utilitarian of sorts, but if you're unable to understand what such is, here is a link.
