Actually the Ten-Tails is needed to power up the Tsukuyomi i.e. to cast it on the moon ("summon the moon") and make it infinity/eternal. Itachi's tsukuyomi is beast but it is not on the same level as the infinite tsukuyomi
And btw when had the ten-tails ever use genjutsu? You are over hyping Itachi and it is disgraceful
