Why do people always try to make Itachi better then Minato? Itachi is fast and has good reaction time but he does not compare to Minato and even A when it comes to speed and reaction time, they're the fastest shinobi and known for that not Itachi. To OP Sasuke didnt just randomly kirin. He had it form and hang around for a sec. The raikage, just randomly went full speed on minato. Also itachi has a SHARINGAN, which helps him track fast movements(ms may even enhance that even more).

Idk which is stronger, and i could care less, but minato reaction speed>itachi reaction speed.(unless you think minatos blue eyes are a sharingan.)

Actually i see reaction time as = awareness + body movement.

Itachi has greater awareness due to the sharingan.

The confusion part of this is that hiraishin whilst in the manga is classified as speed, it actually isn't speed therefore it makes little sense to put that into the reaction time equation because its not body movement. If we were to class that as body movement (which it isn't) he has better reaction time than itachi.

If we go by his shunshin, he has the edge.
However itachi has the edge due to the sharingan with awareness.

Both have 1 thing above the other, awarness belongs to itachi whilst shunshin belongs to minato.
Who has better reaction time?. I believe its close. Perhaps if later on did the manga state that minato was a sage, then his awareness goes above that of the sharingan, therefore he has both categories above itachi. Until then its rather close, outside of hiraishin

Yea its easy to do that when the damn thing gives you a second to look at it before it strikes you,itachi will NEVER have a better reaction than minato because minatos reaction timing is on par with As in his raiton armor while itachis reaction timing don't even come close to that.
