you are right about most part,the blindness, the title clearly states that Itachi is at an 100% healthy state meaning his eyesight hasn't start decreasing because of MS sides-effects

Skill>Powers/tech.

Itachi is more intelligent and had a lot more experience. If Sasuke was to fight Itachi, Sasuke would just spam and waste his chakra, while Itachi will use his wisely.

it makes sense, goku is stronger than vageta (sasuke) so Gogeta(ems) vs goku (itachi) there is no question in the winner. ( and obv the difference in their powers are different types but the concept is the same). what i'm saying makes sense stop talking about this skill as a shinobi it's a fight we're talking about in a fight between the two itachi would lose.... and what "skill of a shinobi" are you talking about idk wat tht even means
