It requires little or no chakra usage, and is a semi space time justu.
With it the user splits into crows and may form from one of the crows, no need for them all to merge into one.
Best part is it requires no marking of the such.
Wanna have a location marked? NP, just leave a crow there.

Itachi will win midd or low diff if kyuubi is restricted itachi knows about body flicker technique and fought Shisui who had it aswell Minato is just a bit faster that won't be a problem Minato ain't going pass his susano plus Tsukuyomi is a bit too much even in sm Minato will lose but then again if a real fight happens no one knows people just make up their own scenarios but Im going with itachi on this one
